Hunter Biden sued a former Trump White Home aide on Wednesday, alleging he violated state and federal knowledge legal guidelines in reference to the web publication of laptop computer content material attributed to the president’s son.
In a lawsuit filed within the Central District of California, Biden’s legal professionals stated that Garrett Ziegler, his nonprofit Marco Polo and 10 unidentified people violated state and federal legal guidelines on pc fraud and knowledge entry. Biden’s legal professionals alleged that the defendants had been in violation of a federal statute that protects in opposition to the intentional, unauthorized entry to a pc and the acquisition of monetary data from a monetary establishment or card issuer.
