TCL is ready to showcase its latest display tech today with a keynote event which will be livestreamed on YouTube. The event will commence at 2PM CEST (12 noon UTC) and we’re in for the latest QD-Mini LED TVs as well as the first iterations in the TCL NXTPaper phone series. TCL’s NXTPaper is the brand’s anti-glare display tech that focuses on eye protection. We’ve already seen several NXTPaper Android tablets from TCL but this year we’re finally getting NXTPaper smartphones as well.

TCL actually showcased its NXTPaper smartphone concept earlier this year at CES in January. That device featured an LCD panel with the same matte finish, a Dimensity 700 chipset and a 50MP main cam. We’ll make sure to cover all the announcements from today’s event so stay tuned to our homepage for more details.
