Walgreens stated in courtroom paperwork that technical points plagued the know-how, making it tough for purchasers to see what was obtainable contained in the coolers, the report stated. In keeping with Walgreens, the screens froze or went darkish, confirmed incorrect merchandise or costs, and even sparked and caught hearth in some situations.
Cooler Screens, however, blamed what it known as Walgreens’ getting old and poorly maintained electrical and refrigeration infrastructure for the technical difficulties.
